Williamson County holds a clear velocity edge: Franklin and Brentwood's combined supply hovers around 4–6 months, sustained by steady corporate relocation demand from Nashville's expanding healthcare and tech sectors. However, Brentwood's DOM has nearly doubled year-over-year to 67 days — even in one of the region's strongest ZIP codes — signaling that buyers are doing their homework before pulling the trigger.
